Where:
Sessions will be held in a private function room at the Canterbury Club located at 129 Cambridge Tce, Christchurch City. There is plenty of on street car parking close to the building.
When:
We have selected 6 stages of this years tour to feature, dates and start times are available on the schedule page.
What is involved:
The plan is to watch the ‘Last two hours’ feature on Sky TV for each stage which screens from 6am – 8am. We will be watching on the big screen whilst riding on our wind trainers. You can ride for as long or as short as you like. Following each stage you can have a shower using the clubs bathroom facilities and then congregate in the cafe for a continental or cooked breakfast.
What do we need to bring:
If you have a wind trainer bring it with you, you will also need to bring your own bike. If you don’t have your own wind trainer we hope to have a small number available to hire for $5 per session.
How much:
There is a small charge to cover the use of the venue and showers. If you just want to ride, shower and head off then the cost is $12 per session. We also have a cycle only option for $10 per session
If you wish to extend your morning and enjoy a continental breakfast buffet complete with croissants and pancakes it is $30 per session.
For those who want to get right into the spirit of le Tour and join us for all six stages we have a full season pass available for $150 with breakfast or $60 without breakfast.
You can register online and make payment by credit card by clicking here.
As numbers are limited we encourage you to pre-register, you can pay cash on the morning if you can’t pre-register but an additional fee of $5 will apply to each registration option.
Can we leave our wind trainers at the venue:
There is storage space available for a small number of wind trainers to be left at the venue.
